Step One: The Evaluation

The evaluation serves as the foundation to your customized exercise/rehabilitation program. Remember, if you are not assessing, you are guessing!

  • First, we must get to know all about you: Introductory Information, Consent Forms, and Health Questionnaires
  • An interview discussing your goals and your expectations of our relationship together.
  • Each new client must go through an initial Assessment. This will allow the practitioner to evaluate the client’s strengths and weaknesses in areas of flexibility, movement, strength, performance, lifestyle, and nutrition. This is essential in order to re-establish homeostasis throughout the entire body and develop an individualized rehabilitation program to ensures success.

Step Two: Program Design

Step Three: The Coaching

This is the key to carrying out the process to a new you! Whether you work with us 1:1 or long distance, you will be learning and growing every step of the way. Our goal is education and by understanding what you are doing…..EMPOWERMENT!:

  • Simply put…understanding how your body works and what works for you, results in pain elimination, weight loss and vitality from the inside out!

  • Having a customized program eliminates the guess work! Your program will include a Monday-Sunday schedule that includes rest, activity, workout and other health and lifestyle recommendations that pertain to you.
