| EastWest Healing and Performance Internship Program Welcome health care practitioners, Throughout my life’s journey and studies, I have come to learn a wide variety of health and healing tools/techniques in order to help people heal. I consider myself a Corrective Exercise Practitioner and Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach. But underneath that, I have a wide range of tools that I use in peoples programs that are specific to their needs. Over the past couple of years, I have had many practitioners consult with me from all around the world, as well as come to intern with me to sharpen their skill set. So that is why I am offering you this: The Value of Internship (Yoram from Isreal): Secondly, and just as importantly, was learning how Josh teaches exercise technique, assesses clients, prioritizes his clients programs and how he chooses which tools are going to be appropriate for that specific individual. Many of my training beliefs, beliefs that I had held for years, were challenged. I learned how to perform structural assessment tests to determine exactly which muscles were weak and I learned which exercises should be used, and how to perform them correctly, to remedy the imbalances, how to use the nutrition and lifestyle assessments in order to individualize each clients program and carry them all out in an organized fashion, was the foundation of it all. Finally, it was all the small things that made the experience so valuable. I learned just as much from all the many conversations with Josh, hearing him talk about his experiences, watching him coach clients, joining in training sessions and just being able to ask him any question about any area of corrective exercise/nutrition and lifestyle coaching. We talked about everything from business structures to medical testing, books to read to nutrition, training exercises and methods for different sports to rehabilitation. What will you learn: What is the cost: How long is it?: How to set it up?
