Please note that all classes include ingredient
analysis determined by class topic. At the beginning
of the courses each participant will receive a
duo tang or binder to which they will add class
handouts every week. By the end of the 8 weeks
they will have a complete resource guide to refer
back to so that they can continue with their success
once the course has ended.
Other class options include:
Healthy snack (provided by me but paid for by
Wendy Weaver Wellness or Humana) at each class.
Estimated cost $10/wk. for 10 participants
Body Transformation (Weight loss, Body composition)
contest with a prize awarded at the end.
Course could also include as a topic Stress Reduction
techniques (additional week required). This usually
goes over well! This is a common road block to
most peoples success.
