Jeanne Rubin Biography

Jeanne began her journey into fitness and nutrition after having had the opportunity to delve deeply into her psyche and discover a genuine sense of herself .Throughout her youth, she had been faced with weight challenges but as a young adult, Jeanne believed that she was blessed with an unqualified love of nature and of the outdoors. She began to acquire insight into the idea that we, as human beings, are multi-dimensional and as we visit the spiritual, emotional, and mental aspects of ourselves, as well as the physicality of our uniqueness, only then can we develop a platform to achieving personal optimal health and wellness.


In the earlier stages of her career, Jeanne was introduced to and studied with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is currently studying at the world renowned CHEK Institute as a Level 2 CHEK Practitioner/Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach. Jeanne has been trained extensively in working with various types of back pain, physical/neurological disorders, hormonal and autoimmune diseases, and nutritional/lifestyle deficiencies. Through incorporating simple concepts of corrective exercise, nutrition and lifestyle principles, and more importantly, by focusing on the person and not the disease, Jeanne has found success in guiding individuals into the understanding that how we eat and how we exercise profoundly influences how we experience life!


Throughout her own personal journey Jeanne has been blessed in finding her purpose, and is grateful for the opportunity to live it each day through educating others toward a life of health and healing!
