• Physical Assessment #1 (2-4 hrs)-->
varies with clients needs and dysfunctions/injuries
• 1 hour training sessions 2-3x per week
for 12 weeks.
• Physical Reassessments #2 done at week
8 (2 hrs)-->varies with clients needs and dysfunctions/injuries
• Sessions may include DNS, NMT, etc (soft
tissue work)
Total hours = 30hrs
Price = $2400-$3000
Additional Nutritiona and Lifestyle Consultations:
Includes: initial assessments and one consultation
per month
