We’re often asked how we ended up doing this work.

The truth is, we didn’t set out to create TNNS: the work found us.

Even with strong education, advanced training, and decades in clinical practice, we kept seeing the same pattern: people reaching for more labs, supplements, and protocols out of fear, yet becoming more depleted, reactive, and disconnected. It confirmed what we felt in our bones: healing through force wasn’t healing at all.

Jeanne’s journey began in a high-stress environment that shaped her nervous system. Later, island living revealed something profound: the body heals when the environment changes, through rhythm, light, nature, and safety in the system. 

Josh’s path came through movement, performance, and physiology. His own metabolic breakdown didn’t add more theory: it added lived understanding and the ability to guide people out of reaction and back into regulation.

What we teach inside TNNS isn’t found in a textbook. It’s born from lived experience, clinical observation, and trust in the body’s innate wisdom.

This work isn’t about doing more.
