No. The program doesn't require any labs, testing, or prior medical workup to participate. If you have existing labs and want a trained eye on them, the Health Strategy Session is a good place for that, but it's never a prerequisite.

Healing unfolds in phases. Most members feel meaningful shifts within the first 6 weeks, yet we recommend a minimum of 3 months to allow the biological adaptations to take hold, because leaving before the body has had time to fully respond is the one place most healing journeys stall.
